I had the most comfortable stay during my trip. The traditional Japanese room with an attached Japanese bathroom was cozy and spacious for three people. Housekeeping arranged the beds beautifully, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel's location was great with easy transportation to reach nearby attractions like Gifu Castle. The breakfast was fantastic with traditional Japanese food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing, it is perfect.

On the bright side, the room was very comfortable – easily the best room we stayed in during the trip. One of the best aspects of the room was that it was entirely traditional Japanese style, right down to the Japanese bathroom. Housekeeping set up the beds very nicely too, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Another key benefit was the delicious traditional Japanese breakfast that was served.
We didn't enjoy the surrounding area at all. There wasn't much to do or see in the vicinity, especially as we arrived on a Sunday when everything seemed closed.

Our room was incredibly spacious with traditional Japanese décor and an authentic Japanese bathroom. Housekeeping had neatly arranged the beds which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast which delighted our senses. the hotel was well-connected to the town and we had convenient access to the Castle and other local attractions.
The surroundings of the hotel were not as lively and interesting for exploring around as we had hoped.

I spent the Christmas holidays at a hotel in Japan and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. the comfort of the room was beyond my expectations, with traditional Japanese beds and a bathroom that added to the immersion. the breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious and authentic spread of Japanese cuisine. One high point was the proximity of the hotel to Gifu Castle, which was worth visiting and added to the cultural experience.
We arrived on a Sunday and the location was not very lively. There weren't many open establishments to walk to from the hotel, making the area seem less exciting from a tourist perspective.

Traditional Japanese room with Japanese bathroom. Spacious and comfortable. Surprise bed setup by housekeeping. Delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. Gifu Castle just a bus ride away.
Nothing it is perfect.
